Walter Hawkins
I was born a slave in Georgetown, Maryland. after being sold to slave-dealer, I escaped to Philadelphia. later I moved on to Canada where I became a Methodist minister. In 1890 I was made a bishop at Methodist Episcopal Church. I wanted to be free for so long but it looks like I'm going to die a slave. its been rough all this time. my owner beats me everyday just t show that hes in charge
